Based in Rome, Gianluca Folì is an award-winning illustrator with over two decades of international experience. His work is rooted in a constant search for balance between narrative depth and formal elegance, turning every image into an essential yet layered story.
Over the years, he has received numerous accolades, including Gold Medals from the Society of Illustrators (N.Y. & L.A.), the Communication Arts Award of Excellence, and the ADC 100th Award. His signature vision has served global icons such as The New York Times, Taschen, Fendi, Suzuki, and Max Mara, seamlessly blending high-end commercial projects with a coherent and recognizable artistic practice.
Gianluca also serves as the Art Director for Epson Italy’s Colortelling project and regularly collaborates with leading Italian publishers, including Feltrinelli and Mondadori. In 2021, he released his first artist monograph, Ostinato Sguardo (MOM Editore).
